Compliance Settings for On Leave Team Members in DriverHub

Manage compliance and dispatch status for employees who are currently on leave.

DriverHub allows administrators to control how team members who are marked as On Leave are handled in compliance and dispatch settings. Depending on your company’s preferences, you can choose to exclude On Leave team members from compliance requirements and include them in Do Not Dispatch lists.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Exclude On Leave Team Members from Compliance Requirements

  1. Go to the Config menu.

  2. Select Compliance from the list.

  3. Click Compliance Settings.

  4. Check the box labeled Exclude On Leave Team Members from Compliance Settings.

  5. Click Save to apply the change.

When this setting is enabled, any team member marked as On Leave will be excluded from compliance requirements and related alerts.

Include On Leave Team Members in Do Not Dispatch

  1. Go to the Config menu.

  2. Select Compliance, then click Do Not Dispatch.

  3. Locate the option Should all “On Leave” Team Members be included in “Do Not Dispatch”?

  4. Toggle the setting to Yes or No, depending on your company’s preference.

  5. Click Save to update the setting.

When set to Yes, all On Leave team members will automatically be included in Do Not Dispatch status until their leave is updated or removed.
