Simplify your communication with A-Suite’s email tools.
This guide covers sending different ways to send emails in A-Suite including to team members, candidates, or multiple users.

Video Walkthrough:
Sending Emails from a User Profile:
- Navigate to the User Profile of the candidate or team member you wish to email.
- Confirm that the user has a valid email address listed on their profile.
- Click the Email Icon (envelope) located just below their name.
- Compose your email in the window that appears:
- Use Email Templates for frequently used messages.
- Add personalization with Variable Fields (e.g., name or job title).
- Optionally, hide sender information or update the user’s lifecycle stage.
- Once ready, click Send Email to deliver your message.
Sending Emails Using Quick Actions:
- Open the desired Browser Screen in A-Suite.
- Use filters to locate the user you want to email.
- Click the Kabob Menu (three vertical dots) next to the user’s name.
- Select Send Email from the Quick Actions menu.
- Compose your email in the pop-up window and click Send.
Sending Emails to Multiple Users:
- From any Browser Screen, use the checkboxes on the left to select one or more users.
- You can select individual users, multiple users, or all users displayed on the screen.
- Once at least one user is selected, an action menu will appear above the browser columns.
- Click Send Email from the action menu.
- Compose your email in the pop-up window:
- Use Variable Fields to personalize emails for multiple recipients.
- Click Send Email to deliver your message to all selected users.
Tracking Email Activity:
- Click the File Folder Icon at the top center of your A-Suite screen in any User Profile.
- Select Open Email Inbox Tab to view all sent emails.
- Use this inbox to:
- Track outbound emails sent from A-Suite.
- Review user responses, which will appear in your primary email inbox.
