Sending a Record Through Fax


To fax a record from A-Suite, open the record that you would like to send. On the left side of the main panel, there will be a button named FAX ATTACHMENTS. Click this button.

In the dialog box that opens, indicate who you are sending the fax to, enter the fax number, and enter the number to respond. This field will auto-populate with the number that is sending the fax.

Next, select the attachments that you want to send. You can send as many attachments as you'd like, but only PDF or HTML documents can be sent via fax; JPG or PNG image files will not work.

Finally, add any additional cover page notes if desired, and then click "Send Fax".
