Luma LMS DriverHub Integration
Connect your Luma learning platform to DriverHub to assign training, track completion, and store certificates without leaving DriverHub.
Overview
The Luma LMS integration lets you keep DriverHub as your single hub for hiring, compliance, and training. Assign Luma learning paths to drivers directly from DriverHub, track their progress in a new Learning tab, and automatically store completion certificates on the driver's record — all without switching platforms.
This is the first integration built under DriverHub's LMS-agnostic strategy, giving you the freedom to use the learning platform that works best for your company.
Before You Begin
You'll need your Luma (eNugget Learning) API credentials. Contact Luma to have these generated for your account. Once you have them, you're ready to configure the integration in DriverHub.
Setting Up the Integration
- Configure Luma in DriverHub
Go to Settings → Configure Luma and enter the API credentials provided by Luma. From this screen you can also:
Using the Integration
Enroll drivers into learning paths
You can enroll drivers into Luma learning paths from three places:
- New Hire workflow — enroll a driver into a learning path at the point of hire
- Driver profile — assign a learning path directly from an individual driver's profile
Track training in the Learning tab
Each driver profile now includes a Learning tab showing which learning paths the driver is assigned to and the completion status of each.
Store completion certificates automatically
When a driver completes a course within a learning path, Luma generates a completion certificate and sends it to DriverHub, where it's stored on the driver's record as a training record — right alongside their compliance documentation.
