Features

• Fix for being logged out when viewing a user that has been deleted or is not in oversight.
  Improve the display of fields to be more mobile-friendly.

Improvements/Fixes

• Address, city, state, zip, and country are now required when configuring a new or existing location.
• Fix typo on candidate welcome text message greeting which seemed like it was coming from the candidate.
• Fixed error from sometimes appearing when toggling the side menu to be expanded.
