A Note is a log of all changes, updates, and customized messages you have created for a User.
To create a new Customized Note for your user, click the "Create" button and choose "Note" from the dropdown menu.
Choose the type of note you would like to create: types include "Default" which is an all-encompassing category, or "Contact" where you can write about an attempt to contact the user for any reason.
Next, type in your note. You can format your text and add tables, images, and code if desired. When you are finished, click Save.
All of your notes appear in the Notes tab in order from newest to oldest.
