A-Suite allows you to download a given selection of records in a zipped file to your computer for external use. This is very useful in the case of an audit, or if you need to share A-Suite data with other departments or areas of your business.
To get started, navigate to either the Records Browser or an individual's Profile.
Start by using filters to display the records that you want to download.
Once you have filtered the list, click the Convert To Task List button.
Finally, click the Download Records button , and an email will be sent to your account email address. containing a button that will download the zipped file when clicked.
When you open the file, all records will be sorted into folders for the user's name, and then inside those will be the name of the records downloaded. Inside these record name folders you will find the record files.
If the record is generated using an A-Suite form or widget, the record will download as a PDF file.
Files uploaded to A-Suite from an external computer will download in the original format that they were uploaded in. For example, if someone uploads a Microsoft Word document (.doc or .docx), it will be downloaded in that same format.
