To edit a User in A-Suite, open up the User Profile for the person you would like to edit.

In the Actions menu, choose the "Edit" option which is the circle furthest to the left.

In the windows that pops up, change any of the information you'd like, and then scroll down to the Save Updated Info button to save your changes.
