Sometimes you'll want to temporarily assign an application to an additional User without changing the original Recruiter designation.
This could be if you're looking to assign the application to a regional manager or maybe a DOT coordinator who's going to be running background screenings.
To assign the application to an additional User, head into the applicant's User Profile. In their In-Progress application, click the Actions button, and then hover down to Change Assignee.
Now select the new User you'd like to assign the Application to.
Please note that this will NOT change the application's managing recruiter.
Click Change Assignee and now your changes will be saved.
Now you'll see a new section populate called Assignee, which you can change or return to the original recruiter by selecting the Cross-Arrows icon.
