Get Started using A-Suite Ad

This article explains how to get started using A-Suite Ad including how to connect your Facebook Profile and Facebook Business Page to A-Suite Ad.

  1. Before you get started, you must be an admin in your company's Facebook Business Page. If you are already an admin, skip to step #2: access A-Suite Ad via the Navigation menu.
    1. To do this, a current admin of your company's Facebook Business Page must do the following...
      • Access your company's Facebook Business Page.
      • Visit the Settings tab on the left side of your screen.

      • Then, click on Page Roles on the left side of your screen. This will open up a menu called Page Roles.

      • In the Assign a New Page Role section, start typing the name of the person you want to assign as an admin.
      • Choose the correct person you want to assign as an admin.
      • Click the drop-down menu next to their name and select Admin.

        Note: A reminder will pop up that reads: "If you're adding a new admin to your Page, please keep in mind that they'll have the same permission as you do to make changes to this Page."

      • Click Add. Facebook will then prompt you to re-enter your password to make sure it's you that is making the change. 
      • Re-enter your Password.
      • Click Submit.
      • Under Existing Page Roles, the person's name will now show up with a red "pending" message next to it.

The newly added Admin will receive a notification to accept their admin role. Once the person accepts their admin role, their name, Facebook profile picture, and role will show up under the Existing Page Roles section. Now the newly added person has admin rights in your company's Facebook Business Page and can proceed to get started with A-Suite Ad.

    1. Access A-Suite Ad via the Navigation Menu found on the left side panel of your A-Suite account.
    2. Next, you will connect your Facebook to A-Suite Ad by following these steps:
      1. A screen will pop up that directs you to Connect to your Facebook Profile.
      2. Click  .
      3. A window will open and ask if you want to continue with your personal Facebook account

        Note: You may be asked to log in to your personal Facebook account if you are not already logged in. If this is the case, proceed to log in to your personal Facebook account.

        • Click Continue as [Your Name].
        • Facebook will ask "What Pages do you want to use with A-Suite Ad?"
          • Check the box that says Select All and then click Next.
        • Facebook will ask "What is A-Suite Ad allowed to do?"
          • Ensure that both options are selected as YES.
            • Receive your email address: YES
            • Show a list of the Pages you manage: YES
        • Click Done.
      4. The window will say "You've now linked A-Suite Ad to Facebook."

      5. Click OK. The window will close.
      6. Return to your A-Suite Ad window.
    3. Next, you will connect your company's Facebook Business Page to A-Suite Ad.
      1. Click  next to your company's name.
      2. Click .
        • You will be taken to a separate tab to access your Facebook Business Page's settings.
      3. Under the section titled Pending Partner Requests click Respond to Request next to A-Suite Ad.

      1. Click Continue.
      2. Click Accept Request. Facebook will then prompt you to re-enter your password to make sure it's you that is making the change.
      3. Re-enter your Facebook Password and click Submit.
      4. In the Page Roles section of your Facebook Business Page’s settings, A-Suite Ad should be listed under Agencies. Your company’s Facebook Business Page is now ready to be connected to A-Suite Ad. 
      5. Return to your A-Suite Ad window.
      6. Click .
      7. Congratulations! Your company's Facebook Business Page is now connected to A-Suite Ad. You are all set to create your first driver audience list and build your first ad.
