Training Marketplace: New Learner Experience

We are excited to announce that Training Marketplace is transitioning to a redesigned Learner Experience in 2026. This update brings a refreshed, more intuitive interface designed to make learning more accessible, more consistent, and more engaging.

What is Changing?

The legacy interface is being retired in favor of a modern design that offers better accessibility and mobile responsiveness. Key updates include:

  • Redesigned Dashboard: The dashboard is now split into two focused areas:

    • Home: A personalized landing page highlighting your most important content, recent progress, and achievements.

    • My Learning: A dedicated space to view and manage all current enrollments, including Courses, Learning Paths, and Learning Journeys.

  • New Content Details Page: All key course information—including descriptions, module lists, instructor messaging, and certificates—is now consolidated into a single, sleek view.

  • Enhanced Course Interface: A cleaner, distraction-free layout that works seamlessly across desktop and mobile devices.

  • Accessibility: The new experience is built to be inclusive, meeting WCAG 2.2 AA standards.

What Do I Need to Do?

No immediate action is required. We will move your portal to the new experience in stages to ensure a smooth transition. The new design builds on the functionality learners are already familiar with, ensuring they can continue their training without interruption.
