User Statuses in DriverHub

When creating a user in DriverHub, you can select from a number of user statuses:  

• Part Time, Full Time, On Leave and Contracted: These statuses are all considered Team Members in the system. They should be used for people who are in your HR and payroll systems as employees. 
• Term Eligible/Term Ineligible: These statuses are for people who no longer work for your organization. You can choose between eligible or ineligible to quickly determine if they can be considered for employment, should they re-apply in the future. 
• Candidate [Active]: This status is for candidates with active application workflows.
• Candidate [On Hold]: This status is for candidates that are on hold for future consideration.
• Candidate [Rejected]: This status is for rejected candidates.
• Candidate: This is a general status for candidates. Some clients choose to use this instead of active, on hold, or rejected.
• Lead: This status is for users that are not yet candidates, often used by recruiters for anyone who has provided contact information but not much else.
