Configuring Your Company’s Information in DriverHub

Update your company’s default contacts, communication preferences, and system settings.

The Company Info page in DriverHub allows administrators to set key company-level settings that control how your site operates. From default contacts and time zone settings to recruiter assignments and message senders, keeping this information current ensures your DriverHub system runs smoothly and communicates accurately.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Open the Config Menu

    • From your DriverHub dashboard, select Config from the left-hand navigation menu.

     

  2. Access Company Info

    • Scroll down to Company Settings and click to expand the submenu.

    • Select Company Info.

     

  3. Update Company Settings

    On the Company Info page, you can configure several key fields and preferences, including:

    • Default Admin – The main administrator contact for your site.

    • Default Recruiter and Recruiting Team – Used to automatically assign new applicants when no specific recruiter is chosen.

    • Default Training Admin – The contact responsible for training assignments.

    • Default Automated SMS Sender – The name shown as the sender for automated text messages.

    • Company Type – Defines how your company is categorized in DriverHub.

    • Time Zone – Ensures all scheduled notifications, reminders, and reports are sent based on your company’s local time.

    • Country Preference – Sets your company’s default location preferences.

    • Inbound Fax Number – Stores your fax contact if applicable.

    • Number of Failed Attempts Before Completion – Determines the number of allowable failed verification attempts for processes such as PEVs.

    • Recently Closed Applications Setting – Choose whether recently closed applications should be included when assigning recruiters.

    • Ask Candidates to Share Application Data Across Companies – Allows applicants to share their data between affiliated companies if enabled.

  4. Save Your Changes

    • After reviewing and updating all relevant fields, click Save at the bottom of the page.

    • Your company settings will update immediately across DriverHub.

     

Important Notes and Best Practices:

  • Default Contacts: Setting your default admin, recruiter, and training admin ensures that automated notifications and assignments are properly routed.

  • Time Zone Setting: Be sure to set your correct time zone. DriverHub uses this to schedule notifications, reports, and communications based on your preferred local time.
