A-Suite Best Practice: Configuring Your Company's Information

From the Navigation Toolbar>Configuration>Company Settings >Company Info


Configuring your company's information will allow you select and set the following:

  • default administrator
  • default recruiters or a default recruiting team
  • default train administrator
  • default automated SMS sender
  • company time zone 

Why should I configure my company's settings? Selecting default contacts will standardize across your A-Suite site whose name is included as the sender for automated messages sent by A-Suite, when a specific team member is not already selected.

Selecting your time zone is important as your selection will be used for scheduled jobs, such as drive notifications, to insure those communications are sent in the timezone to which your company would normally refer.
