Using a slide deck, create 3 slides outlining the reasons why a driver would join and stay with your company

Stay away from the common phrases every trucking company uses today, “great pay and home time, family atmosphere” has become white noise to drivers because every company has been using that for years.

1. Copy the quotes that your drivers said that support these reasons and paste them on the appropriate slide

2. This slide deck should be branded with your logo and colors and shared with all so that your entire recruiting and marketing team have a single source of truth for what makes your fleet unique (no more ads that say "treat you with respect, we're like family and great pay" again!)
