Creating a Link to a Task in a Workflow in DriverHub

Think a candidate has become application fatigued? Send the candidate direct link to a task to drum up engagement.

If a candidate appears to have paused during the application process, you can send them a direct link to a specific task to help re-engage them and encourage them to complete their task.

For example, if a candidate has stopped at the PSP Consent step, you can send them a link that takes them directly to that task.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the candidate’s profile.

  2. Go to the Applications tab and locate the task where the candidate stopped (for example, PSP Consent).

  3. Right-click the task’s progress indicator (for example, 0/1).

  4. Select Create Link to Task from the menu that appears.

  5. In the window that opens, choose how you want to share the task link.

  6. To share the task link:

  7. Copy the generated link and paste it manually into an email or message.

    1. Or send the link via Email directly from DriverHub.

    2. Or send the link via SMS.

    3. Or create a To-Do that includes the task link.

  8. Once sent, the candidate can use the link to go directly to the specified task and continue through the remainder of the workflow.
