Deleting a Candidate's Application

Deleting a candidate’s application is a straightforward process in A-Suite. Whether a candidate’s application is no longer needed or was submitted in error, you can remove it with just a few clicks. This article will guide you through the deletion process step by step.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Follow these steps to delete a candidate’s application:

1. Navigate to the Candidate’s Profile

• Locate the user with the application you wish to delete.

• Open their profile to access their application details.

2. Access the Application Actions

• Go to the Applications Tab within the user’s profile.

• Click on the Actions button located in the upper right-hand corner of the Applications Tab.

3. Delete the Application

• In the dropdown menu, click Delete.

• A confirmation window will appear asking if you are sure about deleting the application.

4. Confirm Deletion

• Click Yes, Delete Now to permanently remove the application.

Congratulations! The application has been successfully deleted from A-Suite.
