Learn about the new Auto-Reject Applications feature
Introducing Auto-Reject Applications
What does it do?
Automatically reject applications with no applicant activity after a certain period. We determine activity based on the applicant's last login, and you can choose how many days to wait before auto-rejecting.
If an application is rejected and the applicant has no other active applications, they are placed in the "Banked" Lifecycle Stage, and the rejection reason is set according to your auto-reject configurator settings.
Why did we make this change?
Our data shows that applications with no activity for over 45 days rarely become team members. Clearing these applications lets you focus on engaged applicants.
Will this change how you use A-Suite?
This feature is off by default, but we encourage you to give it a try and save yourself some time!
Here's how you can use it:
Access it by going to Configuration > Company Settings and clicking on "Auto Reject Applications"

Introducing - The Openings Browser
What does it do?
The Openings menu item opens a browser screen that shows all your Positions on one screen.
Why did we make this change?
In the past, you had to click into each Position before making any changes to an Opening. This made it slower to manage job Openings, especially when managing many Positions in one location. Now, you can turn all Positions at a location on and off in one screen! More Mass Actions on this screen are coming soon.
Will this change how you use A-Suite?
Nope! You can still use the tried and true Positions and Openings menu. The new browser just adds a helpful way to see all your openings together. Here's how to access it: Go to Configuration > Recruit and click on “Openings”
