What is it?
The A-Suite Menu just got a little bit more colorful and easier to navigate.
With clearer labels and visually distinct iconography, you can quickly locate the features and tools you need. The bold color updates also improve accessibility and usability, ensuring an efficient experience for all users.
Pro Tip: Try "locking" the menu in place using the button in the top left of the menu. You will loose some screen real estate, but navigating is MUCH easier. We are exploring making this the defaul, but wanted to welcome you to beat us to it.
Onboard with the "Team Member" Lifecycle Stage automatically applied.
What is it?
Upon approving an application, if Lifecycle Stages are enabled, the "Team Member" stage is select by default.
This improvement ensures a smoother onboarding process by automatically assigning new hires to the appropriate Lifecycle Stage. This eliminates the need for manual adjustments and reduces errors, helping you stay focused on your growing team and ensuring reporting accuracy.
Updated the IRS W4 and USCIS I9 Form to the latest versions
What is it?
Stay compliant with federal regulations by using the most up-to-date versions of these critical forms during onboarding. These updates ensure accuracy and adherence to current requirements, saving you time and avoiding potential compliance risks.
Fixes and Performance Improvements
- Update date columns within the profile Change History tab to have properly formatted dates
- Ensure users are not given a validation error when filing out the Annual Review of Driving Record or Seven Day Log forms if those forms are configured to not ask for SSN
- Fix issue where the merge dialog would display today's date if the user's birth date was empty or asterisks if the user's ssn was empty
- Fix issue where candidate experience date fields weren't pre-populating
- Prevent double sending of the welcome text
- Fix filtering on custom fields select list
- Fix colors of tags in the Tags column of browsers not matching their configured color
