A-Suite Browser Reports


To generate and download reports from A-Suite: 

  • Open the browser you want to pull a report from.
  • Add and select columns to the view by right clicking on any column title, then turning columns on and off from the resulting list (items in red are hidden, items in green are visible). 
  • Use the funnel and arrow buttons on each column to filter and sort to the view you want for your report. 
  • Once the report is set to your specifications, you can download it to your computer by clicking the “Download” button on the top right of the browser. The report will download in .xlsx format. 
  • The example below demonstrates pulling a report in the records browser that shows all medical cards in the system along with expiration dates and the driver it belongs to:
