Three overarching questions will now guide you through the user visibility configuration process on one screen.
In place of "oversight," the user will be presented with the question: Who can the user see? In place of " responsibility," the user will be presented with the question: Whose compliance can the user monitor? In place of "job application visibility," the user will be presented with: Who can the user recruit?
To begin with configuring who the user see, you can select a default rule, which will allow the user to see anyone for whom the user manages.
You have the option to "Add new visibility rule" to enhance the default. Selecting that option will cause the pop up below to appear.
Selections based on groups, regions, locations, jobs and management by specific recruiters/managers are able to be selected. There also exists an option to configure for specific users, by name.
Be sure to save your selections.
Similar to the previous visibility option, compliance monitoring can be set to a default visibility rule, where the user will be able to see anyone that he/she manages. There also is an option to "match who the user can see."
You still have the option to "Add new visibility rule" to enhance the default.
A similar pop up screen will appear, and selections based on groups, regions, locations, jobs and management by specific recruiters/managers are able to be selected.
There also exists an option to configure for specific users, by name. Be sure to save your selections.
These are repeatable processes, as you will see the same options for the last visibility option, of "who the user can recruit."
Answer the three user visibility questions to set up your managers properly so they can get their jobs done!
