Record Voice of the Driver Interviews

Use any video meeting tool to record video interviews with your drivers answering some basic questions about what their life was like at their previous fleet and what their life is like now at your fleet.

The answers to these questions will accomplish two-fold:

  1. The kinks in their armor: The statements your drivers say about why they left their last fleet is your ammunition for callouts in your marketing message when it comes to advertising your competitors have in regards to their operation.

  2. Your Purple Cow: By explaining why drivers joined (and stayed) with your fleet, your drivers are painting a black and white cow into a purple cow. They are the ones telling you what makes you different. This is the main reason why you see so many ineffective advertisements for driving jobs - they're always written by HR, recruiting or marketing - NOT the drivers themselves!

Need a list of questions to ask your drivers? We wrote all of the questions you need to ask in our “Voice of the Driver Guide”, see it here!
