Rejection Reasons in DriverHub

Add and delete candidate rejection reasons.

Rejection Reasons allow your company to track why candidates are rejected during the hiring process. This helps maintain consistent reporting, improve recruiting analytics, and provide better visibility into application outcomes.

How to Access Rejection Reasons

  1. Click Config in the left-hand navigation menu.

  2. Select Recruiting, then choose Rejection Reasons.

Adding a New Rejection Reason

  1. Click the Add New Rejection Reason button.

  2. Enter a name for the rejection reason in the Reason field.

  3. Hit the Enter key on your keyboard or click outside of the text box on your screen and it will be saved.

Deleting a Rejection Reason

  1. Click the trash can icon next to the Rejection Reason you want to remove.

  2. Confirm deletion when prompted.

 

 

 

 

 

You can set up automatic rejection triggers for when an applicant is applying for a position and meets certain criteria. These triggers will stop an applicant's progress, and if you choose to do so, you can let the applicant see the reason their application was rejected.

To set this feature up, navigate to Configuration > Recruit > Rejection Reasons.

The screen will display all of your rejection reasons that you have entered so far. To add a new rejection reason, click the green "Add a Rejection Reason" button at the top of the screen.

To enable or disable the visibility of each rejection reason, simply check or uncheck the box next to the reason. By default, all reasons will be non-visible to applicants.
