Once your Saved Views are built, it's time to work your candidates in the same fashion, every single day.
In the following pages, we'll break down what you should do at in each Saved View.
Orientations Scheduled
Follow up with applicants at the end of the recruitment funnel to urge them to complete their next step of the recruiting process.
What You Should Do In This View:

For all candidates who have Orientation Scheduled within the next 7 days, follow the call/text/email process to reiterate the following:

Where they are to show up for orientation

When to be there

Special instructions for parking, entering the building, etc.

In Orientation
A very critical juncture of the hiring process the week of and the weekend after orientation. It's vital that you remain in contact with these candidates to hear if their experience lived up to their expectation.
What You Should Do In This View:

Stay In Touch: After day 1, send a message to your candidate asking them how orientation day 1 went.

Keep An Eye Out: Make sure your candidate shows up for orientation - make sure you have a watchful eye on them and reach out to them if they are a no call no show.

Send A Thank You: On the final day of orientation, thank them for attending and get them ready for their first day of work.
First Week of Work
What You Should Do In This View:

Call, text or email (follow their preferred method of communication) and ask how their first 3 days of work was.

You'll get bonus points if you send them free swag on their first day - trust us, little things like this go a long way with a driver - it shows them that you care.
Booked Interviews
What You Should Do In This View:

Now that you're done nurturing your candidates at the end of the recruitment funnel, shift your attention to the middle of the funnel.

Send reminder emails/texts to candidates with upcoming phone or in-person interviews

Remind them of:

Where you are meeting (address or video conference link)

The time you are meeting

What they should expect during the call

Completed Applications
What You Should Do In This View:
Move on to Completed Full Applications that the next step of your hiring workflow, typically phone screens.
Call, text or email (whatever their preferred communication method) and request the phone screen.
Follow up with these candidates every day for the next 14 days, or until they have made it to the next step of the process.
Qualified Leads
What You Should Do In This View:
Finish with short app submissions that are qualified, based on your Qualification Questions.
Encourage these candidates to submit consent for you to run their MVR, PSP and Background Screen, and continue on to the next step by filling out a full DOT application.
