Follow these steps:

Set up a one-on-one call to discuss them getting incentivized for posting their content that's relevant to your company

Provide a one-page document outlining what the program entails, the bonus structure and what they need to do to become an influencer

Upon agreeing to become an influencer, send your driver a social media and safety policy agreement to sign, outlining your safety and content publishing standards, their posting obligations and an official log of their social media accounts
Upon signature of the Social Media and Safety Policy Agreement, send them three onboarding documents:

A content-planning worksheet, which recommends what types of posts to create

A Do's and Don'ts document, outlining what drivers should and shouldn't do on their social media accounts.
