Enrolling Users/Groups in Courses/Learning Paths 🎥

You can easily enroll individual users or groups of users into courses or learning paths.

 

How to Enroll

  1. Navigate to Enrollments on your admin dashboard.

  2. On the left panel, scroll or search to select one or more Courses. Or, toggle to Learning Paths if you wish to assign that instead. Note: Search is literal (case/character specific). "Fleet Safety" will not find "Fleet-Safety".

  3. On the right panel, scroll or search to select one or more Users. Or, toggle to Groups if you wish to assign the course or learning path to a group. Note: When you enroll a Group, the system automatically assigns that content to all future users added to that group (ideal for onboarding).

  4. Toggle Re-enroll completed users? to ON if you want users who have previously taken the courses to take it again. 
  5. If you are assigning courses to a group, you also have the option of setting a due date. 

  6. Finally, click Enroll.

Removing a Learning Path from a Group

If you need to stop a Learning Path from automatically enrolling new group members, the process is slightly different:

  1. Go to Courses and select the Learning Paths tab.

  2. Click on the specific Learning Path.

  3. Select the Groups tab within that Learning Path.

  4. Click Delete next to the group name.

  5. Choose whether to allow current users to finish the path or remove it entirely, then click Save.
