To reset your password to you portal, ether as a driver or an admin, go to your company’s log-in page and click "Forgot your password?"
You will then see a screen prompting you to enter your user name:
After entering your username, the system will send you an email with a link to reset your password:
Click the link and you be taken back to the system and prompted to enter a new password!
