To reset your password to you portal, ether as a driver or an admin, go to your company’s log-in page and click "Forgot your password?"
You will then see a screen prompting you to enter your user name:
After entering your username, the system will send you an email with a link to reset your password. Click the link and you be taken back to the system and prompted to enter a new password!
Locked Out
Please note: after multiple failed attempts at logging in, the system will lock a user out. Using the "Forgot Password" option described above will unlock the account immediately. An admin resetting the password won't give the user immediate access, they would need to wait 24 hours to try and log back in.
