Using Reporting in your portal is very important as it enables you to access and analyze your data, gather insights and help with decision-making relating to your Courses and Learners. Reports can be customized using many different filtering options.
After logging into your A-Fleet portal, you will use your drop down dashboard on the left hand side of your screen to choose the "Reports" option.
From the reports page you can select which type of report you will be running.
After choosing which report type you would like to run, you can then filter out what information you would like to receive on your reports.
- Record Type
- Expiration dates
- Type of users
- Groups
- Statuses
By selecting different courses, groups, user types and statuses, you can run many different reports for each filter you choose.
After you have completed selecting your filters, at the bottom of your page on the right hand side you will see the option to "Run Report"
After you have Run your report, you will see your information populate at the bottom of your page.
- Example: You are running a report on how many people completed the course on 01 A-Fleet: Understanding Safety & Risk
- 34 of my users have not started, and 31 have completed the course and 3 are in progress.
To see specifics of who these users are, you can then use the option to "Export to Excel" found on the bottom right hand side of your screen, to get a full report.
- You have the option to get a full report, or you can click the box of which you would like a report on and run each separately.
