      Viewing a Candidate's Application in a Workflow in DriverHub

      Open and review a candidate’s DOT or non-DOT application from their workflow.

      In DriverHub, you can access a candidate’s full application directly from their workflow. Start from the candidate, switch from Peek View to the full profile if needed, then open the application to review the complete submission.

      Step-by-Step Instructions

      Accessing the Candidate

      • Navigate to the candidate you want to review.

      • If the profile opens in peek view, click the expand icon in the top right to view the full profile.

      Finding the Application in the Workflow

      • In the profile’s workflow panel, find the DOT Application or Application line item.

      • If the application is complete, you will see a green Complete label in the Status column.

      Opening the Full Application

      • Click the application line item to open the full application.

      • The application loads for viewing in full.
