Simplify Processes with the Workforce QA Integration with A-Suite
The Workforce QA integration that A-Suite offers allows our clients to order drug screens and DOT Physicals while staying inside of A-Suite. Users no longer need to have multiple tabs opened while toggling back and forth between sites. Let A-Suite be your one stop shop.
While your CSM will set up the configuration for you, the Workforce QA orders will be placed by you. Listed below are the directions to execute an order:In A-Suite, navigate to users profile, then click on the Create Button on the profile:
Next, choose "Background Check
A Pop up will appear, choose Place Order under Workforce QA.
An order screen will appear
Complete all fields:
Drug Screen Panel Code - Select the products you expect to get back from Workforce QA
Set Testing Authority to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (default)
Set test type = DOT or Non-DOT
Set Observed Collection to Yes or No. Typically it will be No.
Set Employment Location Code
Set Collection Location Code
Set Collection Date
Set Order Expiration DateSet “Send Fax to Site” Yes or No
Misc 1, 2, 3
Click Place Order Button
By selecting the place order button after entering the required user information, the order will be set.
Results, including a pdf attachment and custom field information, return to the correct user’s profile under the designated record type. The ordering user will receive a notification that the results have been returned. The option to place orders in bulk will also be offered for added convenience to our users.
