To approve a candidate for a position, navigate to their profile and view the application for the position they applied for.
Click the blue Actions button in the top right corner of the Application, and choose "Approve". If the candidate has any outstanding application tasks, you will see a warning first. To proceed, click "Yes, Approve Now".
Next, enter your new employee's information, including their Start Date, Qualification Date, and Employment Status.
Once you fill out all of the required information, hit "Approve" and now you'll see all of your User's Records and Contact Information populate into their User Profile.
When a candidate is hired, a popup will appear asking if you want to enroll the User, now a Team Member, in the A-Suite Train module.
