To approve a candidate for a position, navigate to your Records Browser and find the open Application your User is applying for.
Before you can Approve a Candidate, you must first mark all the Recruiting Tasks as complete on a User's Application file.
Once all of the tasks are marked complete, hover up to the blue "Actions" button and scroll down to Approve.
Select, Yes Approve Now
Now you'll enter all of your new hires contact details.
Once you fill out all of the required information, hit "Approve" and now you'll see all of your User's Records and Contact Information populate into their User Profile.
