You can enroll DriverHub users in Training Marketplace courses and link their accounts so that completed course certificates flow back into DriverHub automatically. This process works for both brand new users and existing learners already in Training Marketplace.
How to Enroll or Link a User
Follow these steps from inside the user’s DriverHub profile.
Step 1. Open the user’s profile
Navigate to the user in DriverHub and open their profile.
Step 2. Open the Actions menu
Click the profile menu button at the top of the profile, select Actions, then click Enroll in Training.![]()
Step 3. DriverHub searches Training Marketplace
A window opens and automatically searches Training Marketplace for a user with the same name and email address.![]()
Step 4. If a matching Training Marketplace user is found
You will see the matching learner in the search results. Select the user to link the accounts. Once linked, completed course certificates will appear in DriverHub automatically.
Step 5. If no matching user exists
You can create a new Training Marketplace user directly from the window. During creation you can also:

Enroll the user in Learning Paths

Enroll the user in Groups
Step 6. Finish the process
Click Create or Link to complete the action. The Training Marketplace account is now connected, and the user is ready for enrollment and tracking.
What Happens After Linking

Any new completed course certificates will flow into the user’s DriverHub profile.

You can manage training assignments through Training Marketplace as usual.

The user will appear as an active learner in both systems.
