Create and Link Users In A-Suite Train

You are now able to enroll new users and link existing users from A-Suite to the A-Suite Train module.

To enroll a new A-Suite Train user, navigate to the user's profile. Click the "Actions" dropdown menu in the left sidebar, and scroll down to "Enroll In Training." A window will pop up that performs a search of A-Suite Train for the name and e-mail address of the A-Suite user.

If there is a match you can link the accounts so that completed courses and certifications will appear in A-Suite.

If there are no matches, you can create a new user, enroll them in learning paths, and enroll them in groups all at the same time.

Once this is completed, the user will be displayed in A-Suite Train.
