Inviting a user means the user must click on the invitation link sent to their email. Once they have accepted the invitation their user profile will be created in the portal. This can be easier with adding multiple users to a portal.
Note: Users that have not yet accepted the invite will be placed in the pending users list until the invitation is accepted.
Inviting a User
- From the primary navigation menu on the left-hand side of the navigation bar, click "Users" to go to the users page
- On the user page, click "Actions" on the right-hand side of the navigation menu and select "Invite"
- Then enter the user’s email address:
The User will receive an email with a link to click to set up his or her account.
