The A-Suite Comply Dashboard is designed to provide a quick view of your drivers' compliance status. You'll find an overview of key reports, allowing you to take proactive steps to ensure that each driver’s records are current, valid, and ready for dispatch.

Comply Dashboard Overview:
1. Do Not Dispatch (DND)
This report identifies drivers who are marked as "Do Not Dispatch" due to specific compliance issues, such as a failed Commercial Driver's License (CDL), Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), or Medical Card. Their profiles will display a prominent red banner indicating their DND status, clearly signifying that these drivers should not be on the road until all compliance concerns are addressed and resolved.
2. Out of Compliance Drivers
This report shows drivers with expired compliance items who are still eligible for dispatch. This category alerts you to drivers needing attention to avoid any potential dispatch issues.
3. Out of Compliance Records
This report lists each expired compliance record for all drivers. This report makes it easy to identify exactly which records are no longer valid and require renewal or updating to maintain compliance standards.
4. Missing Records
This report displays all required compliance documents currently missing for drivers. Drivers can have multiple missing items on this list, which could prevent compliance and dispatch eligibility.
5. Upcoming Expirations
This report lists records due to expire soon, with a default alert 60 days before expiration (customizable). Use this report for proactive management of renewals to prevent records from expiring and ensure continuous driver compliance.
