      Create and Establish Saved Views

      Saved Views are the best way to tailor your system so you see only the candidates you want to see and take action on.

      Here is best practice for how you should start your day as a recruiter with Saved Views:

      1. Orientations Scheduled: Applicants that have their upcoming orientation in the next 7 days

      2. In Orientation: Applicants that are actively in orientation

      3. First Week Of Work: Applicants that have their upcoming first day of work or are in their first week of work

      4. Booked Interviews: Applicants that have interviews booked within the next 3 days.

      5. Qualified Applications: Applicants that have completed a full DOT application and are qualified as set forth by your Hiring Standards, who need to complete the next step of your hiring workflow

      6. Qualified Leads: Leads created that have answered your Qualification Questions favorably and still need to complete a full DOT app
