Video Walkthrough

Sending SMS Templates via Mass Action

1. Navigate to the Mass Action or Action button from an DriverHub browser after selecting the recipient(s).
2. A new SMS window will open. Confirm the recipient(s) listed are correct.
3. (Optional) Assign a new Lifecycle Stage to the recipient(s) if necessary.
4. Click the Template dropdown and choose your desired SMS template.
5. The template’s content will populate in the text editor. Review and edit the text as needed.
6. Click SMS All to send your message.

Sending SMS Templates from a Profile

1. Go to the user’s profile (candidate or team member).
2. Click the SMS button on the top left corner of the screen to open the SMS window.
3. Click Message Options to reveal the dropdown menu for SMS templates.
4. Choose the desired template from the list.
5. Edit the message content if needed.
6. Click Send Message to deliver the text.
